ABOUT EUROPEAN LE MANS SERIES 2017
The European Le Mans Series is recognised as the most prestigious sports car championship in Europe. The TV schedule includes live coverage of all rounds as well as highlights and repeat shows across the globe.
The endurance races are based on who can complete the most laps in 4-hours. Each team has 3 drivers who share the drive time.
The ELMS features three championships within each race these include: Le Mans GTE; Le Mans P2; and Le Mans P3.
Jody is racing in the Le Mans GTE Series in a Ferrari 488 Italia and is up against Ferrari 488 GTE, Porsche 911 RSR 991s and Aston Martin Vantage V8s.
The 2017 Series attracted 35 cars across 29 teams, consisting of 7 manufacturers and attracts over 100,000 spectators.
