Joe is an expert in functional and cosmetic eye surgery and is Head of the Ophthalmology Department at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust.
He regularly attends the British Oculoplastis Surgeons Society Meetings where the latest advances in his specialist field are discussed.
