TERRACE WIRES LAUNCHES AT ST PANCRAS
We are looking for partners for Terrace Wires - the fourth leg of London's rotational public art spaces alongside Fourth Plinth, Serpentine Gallery and Tate Modern's Turbine Hall.
Clouds, Meteoros by Lucy & Jorge Orta is the first piece to be unveiled and will hang in the most majestic space in the station with a commanding aspect across the whole of the Barlow Shed. Suspended high above platform level, the Terrace Wires area is flooded with natural light filtered through the ornate Victorian ironwork glazing and will act as a focal point for the station.
Set to be London’s most talked about public Art Exhibition, Terrace Wires offers numerous benefits, including: being one of the first brands known at the gateway to Europe for travelers in and out of the UK; extensive brand exposure through advertising and PR; and first class hospitality opportunities at the Europe's longest Champagne Bar.
St Pancras International hosts up to 1 million visitors every week, with around a quarter coming to the station for reasons other than travel.
Such a wide demographic supplies the St Pancras Internationals Terrace Wires sponsor with a unique opportunity to give their brand a presence at the heart of London’s most iconic station, reaching a hugely varied range of people.
Wendy Spinks, Head of Revenue Development at HS1 Ltd, the owners of St Pancras International, says: St Pancras International attracts a unique mixture of visitors and we are proud to launch this pioneering arts project to display a new world class artwork to people from all over the world. This is a fantastic chance for brands to reach a huge and diverse audience in a prestigious location. Further details can be obtained from - www.purpletangerine.com/terracewires
